Wedding Linen Rental, Inspected by Hand
Roughly 700 linens fill the shelves at Celebrate Event Rentals in Bigfork: tablecloths for rounds and banquet tables, napkins, runners, chair covers and table skirts, in solids, crush, satin, sequin, lace and more. Each one is checked by hand before it ships for a wedding anywhere in the Flathead Valley.
Linens set the color of the whole room
Linens cover more of the room than anything else you rent. They are in every photo of the tables, they set the color of the reception, and they are what guests touch all night. A wrinkled or stained cloth shows up in pictures you will keep for decades.
Most rental linens go through a big machine and come out the other end, and stains get missed that way. Ours are done mostly by hand, and every one is checked before it leaves the warehouse. That is the reason the Valley's hotels and resorts rent their linens from us too.

What size linen do I need for a 60 inch round table?
For a 60 inch round, a 120 inch round tablecloth falls all the way to the floor, the full-length look you see in our gallery. A 108 inch round stops a few inches short, and a 90 inch round gives a shorter drop that shows the table legs.
The drop is simple math: take the cloth size, subtract the table size, and divide by two. A 120 inch cloth on a 60 inch table hangs 30 inches on every side, which is the height of a standard table. The chart below runs the same math for the tables we set most.
Tablecloth sizes and how far they fall
Every cloth size here is in our linen catalog. The drop is how far the cloth hangs past the tabletop.
| Table | Cloth | Drop | Look |
|---|---|---|---|
| 60 inch round | 120 inch round | 30 inches | To the floor |
| 60 inch round | 108 inch round | 24 inches | Just off the floor |
| 60 inch round | 90 inch round | 15 inches | Halfway, legs show |
| 72 inch round | 132 inch round | 30 inches | To the floor |
| 8 ft banquet | 90x156 | 30 inches all around | To the floor |
| 8 ft banquet | 90x132 | 30 sides, 18 ends | Floor on the sides |
| 6 ft banquet | 90x132 | 30 inches all around | To the floor |
| 6 ft banquet | 90x108 | 30 sides, 18 ends | Floor on the sides |
Bistro and cocktail tables take our 72x72 and 54x54 squares, and high tops take spandex covers. Not sure what your venue has? Send us the table list and we will match every cloth.

How many linens do I need for a wedding?
Count the tables, not the guests, for the cloths, and count the guests for the napkins. A 120 guest dinner on 60 inch rounds of 8 needs 15 guest tables, so 15 cloths and 120 napkins.
Then add the tables people forget: the head or sweetheart table, the cake table, the gift and card table, the buffet line and the bar. Each one takes a cloth, and the buffet and bar usually take a skirt too. That is how a 15 table wedding ends up with 20 or more cloths. Send us your list and we will build the order with you.

Which linens work best for a wedding?
A solid cloth in ivory, white or a soft color is the dependable base. From there, texture does the work. Crush and satin stripe catch the light at night, lace and sequin dress up a head table or cake table, and burlap, gingham and denim suit a ranch or barn party.
Browse linens in the catalog by color and fabric, or stop by the showroom in Bigfork to see them under real light before you choose. Hotel and resort planners can see our linens for hotel and resort events as well.

Napkins, runners, chair covers and skirts
The tablecloth is the base. Napkins in a contrasting color, a runner down a long farm table, and chair covers or bands pull the look together. Table skirts finish buffet, gift and cake tables, and bar skirts dress the front of a bar.
Lace and specialty overlays work best in small doses: a sweetheart table, a cake table, or the head table where every photo is taken.
Three ways to plan your tables
Start with one base color
Pick one tablecloth color for every guest table. Ivory and white work with almost any flowers and photograph well in a tent. A single base keeps the room calm and lets the centerpieces carry the color.
Add color in the napkins
Napkins are the easiest place to bring in your palette. Blush, sage or a deep green napkin on an ivory cloth looks finished without dressing every table in a bold color. Our gallery photos show this approach.
Save texture for the focal tables
Lace, sequin and satin stripe linens draw the eye. Use them on the head table, the sweetheart table or the cake table, where the photographer will spend the most time, and keep the guest tables simple.

What couples said about the linens
Celebrate Rentals provided our linens, ceremony chairs, dishes, and bistro tables. They were always accommodating and easy to work with, even when I needed to make changes and add extra linens later on. Every interaction was smooth and professional. Delivery and pickup went off without a hitch, which made everything that much easier on our end. We were really happy with both the service and the quality of the items.
We rented our wedding reception linens from Celebrate, and they were great to work with! They were very responsive, and the linens really helped elevate the room.
