Your Flathead Valley Destination Wedding, Planned From Anywhere
Celebrate Event Rentals helps couples plan a Flathead Valley destination wedding from out of state. Send us your list, meet us on a video consult, and our Bigfork team delivers, sets and strikes the tent, tables, linens and details at your venue, from Flathead Lake to the towns near Glacier National Park.
Most of our couples plan from somewhere else
Couples come to Glacier Country from Nashville, New York and a lot of places in between. Some fell for the mountains on a trip, or one of them grew up here, or the family has a place on the lake. What they share is distance. They are planning a wedding in a valley they will see a handful of times before the day.
That is normal here, and we built our process for it. You do not need to fly out to walk a warehouse. You need one local team that can see your site through your photos, size the tent with you on a call, and tell you plainly what works.

What do you need to rent for a destination wedding in Montana?
Many of the best wedding sites here are private land: a ranch, a family lake house, a meadow. Those sites come with nothing, so the rental list is the whole room. That usually means a tent, tables and chairs, linens, dishware and glassware, a bar, lighting, and a dance floor.
We carry all of it under one roof in Bigfork. One delivery, one crew, one person to call. When you are planning from two time zones away, that is one less vendor to chase.
What to book first, and when
Montana's wedding season runs hard from June through September, so the order you book in matters more than it would at home.
6 to 12 months out
Pick the date and the site, then reserve the big pieces: the tent, the dance floor and any specialty linens. These are the first items booked for June through September, so they go on hold before anything else.
A few months out
Settle the guest count, the table layout and the look. Browse the catalog, tap the plus on the pieces you love, and send the quote. A real person prices it and walks it through with you on a call or video.
Close to the date
Confirm final counts with your rep, from chairs to napkins. Our crew delivers, sets up and strikes, so you fly home after the wedding without a list of rentals to return.

What we need from you to quote it
Five things get you an accurate quote: the site address or a few photos of it, the guest count, the date, how dinner will be served, and whether there will be dancing. A rough list of pieces is fine. Most couples do not know yet if they want 60 inch rounds or long farm tables.
Send what you have through the catalog or the contact form. A real person prices it, usually the same business day, and comes back with questions instead of guesses.

How far is the Valley from the airport and the park?
Glacier Park International Airport sits between Kalispell and Whitefish, about 23 miles and half an hour from our shop in Bigfork. Your guests fly into the middle of the Valley, so the drive from the airport to your venue is part of the guest experience to plan for.
Glacier National Park is the reason many couples choose this valley. We deliver to West Glacier and the towns near the park, and we will tell you honestly what the drive and the site mean for your rental plan. Your rentals come from our own warehouse in Bigfork, so nothing has to fly in with you.

Where Flathead Valley destination weddings happen
The Valley runs from Flathead Lake in the south to Whitefish and Glacier National Park in the north. Couples choose lakefront lawns, mountain lodges, working ranches and private family land. Each one asks for a different rental plan. Our trucks leave Bigfork for all ten towns below, from West Glacier at the park entrance to Polson at the foot of the lake. Planning near a bigger town? Destination wedding questions
Can I plan my Montana wedding from out of state?
Most of our couples do. Send us your list, hop on a video consult, and lean on a team that has styled Flathead Valley events for seventeen years.
Do I need to visit before the wedding?
No. We can plan the whole order over the phone and video. If you do come out, stop by the showroom in Bigfork and see the pieces in person.
What should I rent for a private property wedding?
Plan for the whole room: a tent, tables and chairs, linens, tableware, a bar, lighting and a dance floor. Private land comes with none of it, and we carry all of it.
How far in advance should a destination couple book?
Montana's season runs hard from June through September, and tents, dance floors and specialty linens go first. For a peak-season wedding, 6 to 12 months ahead is common.
Which towns do you deliver to?
Bigfork, Whitefish, Kalispell, Columbia Falls, West Glacier, Lakeside, Polson, Swan Lake, Condon and Missoula. If your venue is somewhere else in Northwest Montana, call us at (406) 837-3040.
Can I change my order after I book?
Yes. Your quote request is a starting point, not a contract. Talk to your rep and we will adjust pieces and counts as inventory allows, right up to the timeline we agree on together.
