Holiday Party Rentals in the Flathead Valley
Celebrate Event Rentals provides holiday party rentals across the Flathead Valley. We rent tables, chairs, tableware, patio heaters and string lights for Christmas parties at home or in a lodge, shop or barn. One rental order covers the whole list, sized to the space you are hosting in.
Rentals for a Montana holiday party
A holiday order starts with two numbers: your guest count and the seats your space already has. The gap between them tells us how many tables and chairs to add. Your guest count also decides the place settings and glassware. Then we add heat, light and a bar if you want one, matched to your space.

What does a holiday party at home need versus a lodge?
A home holiday party runs short on chairs and table space once the guest list passes what the dining room seats. Folding tables and chairs come first. At a lodge or barn, the order depends on what the venue provides. You may need seating, tableware, a bar or lighting, so ask the venue what stays in the room.
A shop or warehouse party may need banquet tables, folding chairs and heat planned for the space and its airflow.

How do you keep a holiday party warm outside?
Outdoor space at a winter party needs its heat set before guests arrive. Celebrate rents propane patio heaters in four styles and fire pits in propane or wood. Where each one goes depends on your layout, airflow, the manufacturer's instructions and any venue rules. Tell us where guests will gather, and we size the count to that space.
At an outdoor buffet, a chafing dish rental keeps the food hot in the cold air, and string lights overhead keep the space lit after dark.
Pair a patio heater rental with linens in a warmer color on the tables for a finished outdoor setup.
Home, lodge and shop parties compared
This table compares common rentals for four holiday settings, in two groups: tables and tableware, and heat and light. Treat each row as an example. Your guest count, the size of the space and what it already has decide the final order.
| Setting | Tables and tableware | Heat and light |
|---|---|---|
| Home | Folding tables, extra chairs, chargers, flatware and glassware | A patio heater if you host outside, string lights on the patio |
| Lodge or barn | A bar and full tableware for a sit-down meal, plus seating if the venue runs short | A fire pit for an outdoor fire circle, a chandelier or lanterns inside |
| Shop or warehouse | Banquet tables, folding chairs, serveware and chafers for a buffet | Heaters sized to the space and weather, string lights overhead |
| Open patio or deck | Cocktail or dining tables, drinkware and a bar setup | Heaters sized to the seating areas, bistro lights and candle holders |

Holiday party rental questions
Can you rent heaters and fire pits for an outdoor Christmas party?
Yes. Add the propane tanks to the same order: they are separate catalog items in 20, 40 and 100 pound sizes.
Do folding tables and chairs rent together for a Christmas dinner at home?
Yes. Folding and banquet tables, dining chairs and linens rent together. Folding chairs come in white, natural wood or resin finishes to match your table settings.
How is a holiday party order priced?
Guest count and the pieces you pick set the price, the same as any order. Tell us the plan and we build a clear quote.
How is a company holiday party different from a home or lodge order?
A company party can need a bigger bar, a stage or sound gear, and a different delivery window than a home gathering. Tell us the headcount and the venue, and we size the order the same way.
What comes with a bar rental for New Year's Eve?
A wood or barnwood bar from our catalog, a back bar if the room allows one, and the glassware to stock it. Tell us the guest count and the drinks you plan to serve, and we match the glasses to the menu.
Does string lighting work for an indoor holiday dinner, or only outside?
String lights and a chandelier both hang indoors over a buffet or dinner table, and string lights also go outside on a patio or under a tent. Tell us the room or the space and we match the fixture.
