This policy explains what we collect when you use this website, what we do with it, and how to reach us about it. Celebrate Event Rentals is based in Bigfork, Montana, and this site is run by us.

What We Collect

What You Send Us

When you send a quote request, you give us your name, email, phone number, event date, venue or delivery address, and the items in your quote. If you call or email us, we keep what you tell us so we can help with your event.

If You Apply for a Job

The application on our jobs page asks for more than a quote does. You give us your name, home address, phone number, email, when you can start, where you have worked before, and the name and phone number of each reference you list. You can attach a resume. We use all of it to consider you for the job, and for nothing else.

If you list someone as a reference, please tell them first. We end up holding their name and phone number because you gave it to us, and they deserve to know that.

What Comes with Any Form

When you send us a form, we also record the internet address your device was using and which browser you were on, and we keep that next to what you wrote. It helps us tell a real person from a bot. That means a form you send us is connected to you, unlike the general visit information below.

What Your Browser Stores

Your quote is saved in your own browser on your own device. It is not on our server until you send it to us. Clearing your browser data clears the quote.

Cookies and How We Measure the Site

This site uses cookies. A cookie is a small file the site leaves in your browser so it can recognize the same visit from one page to the next. We use them to understand how the site is doing, not to follow you around other websites. We do not run any advertising or retargeting trackers on this site.

We use Google Analytics to do it. It tells us which pages get opened, roughly what region a visit came from, and what kind of device was used. It is not tied to your name. We do not record video of your visit.

What We Do with It

• Price your quote and check what is available for your date
• Contact you about your event, your quote, and your rental
• Deliver, set up, and strike your order
• Consider you for a job if you applied for one
• Understand which pages are useful so we can improve the site

What We Do Not Do

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it or trade it, and we do not hand it to advertisers. We share it only with the companies that help us run the business, such as our quote and inventory software, our website and email providers, and the measurement company named above, and only so they can do that work for us.

We will also share information if the law requires it.

How Long We Keep It

Longer than a moment, but not forever. Here is the plain version:

• Quote requests and inquiries: two years, then the website copy is deleted automatically.
• Job applications and resumes: one year, then deleted automatically.
• Signed rentals and the records that go with them: as long as we need them for proper business and tax records.

If you want your information removed sooner, call us and we will take care of it, unless we are required to keep it.

Your Choices

You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call (406) 837-3040 or write to us at the address below. A real person handles it.

You can also turn off cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may stop working the way they should. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, our measurement tools honor it.

Children

This site is meant for adults planning events. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Accessibility

We want this site to work for everyone, including people using a screen reader or a keyboard instead of a mouse. Part of our rental catalog is provided by our booking software, so some of it is not fully under our control, and we work on it as we find it. If something on this site is hard for you to use, call (406) 837-3040 and we will take your order over the phone and get the page fixed.

Changes to This Policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
