A big event is mostly a counting job: tables, chairs, linens, bars, power and lights, all on one order. Send us the headcount and the run of show, and we will build the full list and tell you what the site needs.
How do you handle setup windows and load-in?
Tell us your access times, your loading dock or lawn access, and when the room has to be clear. We build the delivery and strike around those windows, not the other way around.
Three things help us most: where the truck can park and unload, the hour the room must be empty again, and where the power is on site. If the headcount moves the week before, call your rep and we adjust pieces and counts as inventory allows.
